A thunderstorm woke me this morning. Driving winds, hard rain and some hail, lightning and thunder too close to count. Hope my little garden made it through. It is still drizzly and I hear thunder in the distance.
Our plans for fireworks might be foiled by Mother Nature!
We are barbecuing chicken and corn on the cob. I'm making a blueberry--cherry crisp to serve with vanilla ice cream. Simple but tasty.
