Tomorrow is my official layoff date. It seems unreal--after four years I won't be going to my cube, surrounded by my teammates.
Next week my daughters and I are driving to NW Montana to stay with my sister for awhile. We're all excited about that! When we get home the girls will start Marching Band Boot Camp, then high school begins, and I will get set up for college. I hope to get a part time night job teaching English to Asian Students.
Will I have more time for writing? I don't know! I hope so. I have a couple projects to finish and submit. After that I'm not sure what I want to do. Something new, a new direction, I think.
